| The stock driveshaft design is smaller and the area around the bottom of the shifter is indented as well a tad. The only issue I've heard of is with the larger diameter aftermarket driveshafts. And then the issue is the weights are welded right inline with the bottom of the shifter. I only had the shifter hit when I would hit a very large bump. I ran an aluminum powertrain driveshaft for years with no issues at all. It was the larger MWS and Z1 driveshafts that I myself and heard a few issues with. Also so everyone remembers, I don't ask for payment up front. I ask that you install it and make sure everything is good before sending payment and your stock shifter core. If you decide it's not for you, you can just send it back.
